Shopping is open to the public.

Exchange Game
Meet new friends by playing a game where we exchange small, stitched items. Stitch your “small” and then wrap it with a note saying who designed the chart and yourself as the stitcher. We will play a game where the wrapped items will be mixed up and passed around so that everyone receives a new one in exchange for the “small” they gave. Open your exchange gift and seek out the stitcher with your new conversation starter.

Pass the Stash
Got stuff in your stash that you know you’ll never get to but would love to pass on to another stitcher who might like it? There will be a Pass the Stash table available for you to place your items and where all attendees can select from your donations. Please come by the table at the conclusion of the retreat to gather your unclaimed items, or they become the property of The Stitching Bee Retreat.

What to Bring
We want you to be comfortable. Consider bringing your stitching lamps and battery pack (extension cords are not allowed), magnification, your current Work In Progress (WIP), drinking tumblers with lids, a light wrap in case you get cool, and an outlook for fun and stitching.
